"Sol is the man! Incredible service and efficiency! Have Ninbot G-30 and needed to replace the rear tire, after looking around, this is the best spot for repairs. Price is reasonable, I was in and out by less than 45 min! Segway community, thins the spot for you."
"I had a flat, brought it in and was taken care of right away. The whole repair, including new inner tube, was only $20. I walked down the street to get an iced coffee and it was done when I got back."
"It was no problem for them to help getting hair in my tired, with no charge."
"AVOID THIS PLACE! I went there yesterday because the packet pick up for the NYC bike tour was in the area and my bike had a flat. So I went in and the place was a complete mess. They didn't even have a bicycle repair stand and had no clue what they were doing. The owner who barely spoke English asks me what I needed and then tells me $20 to change the flat. Then got one of his idiot assistants to help and then they negligently put my bike on the kickstand (but it had a flat so it required someone to hold it up). Next thing you know, BOOM. My bicycle hits the floor. Not even an apology. The owner then proceeds to yell and says "IT'S NOTHING".....do yourselves a favor and just go to Bicycle Habitat 0.7 miles away....they are more expensive, but at least they're reliable unlike this awful place."
