"First attempt to get an appointment was cancelled because the appointment was not confirmed. I guess taking the time to schedule the appointment then show up on time just wasn’t good enough. A bit perplexing. When scheduling the new appointment it was confirmed at that time, with the service person saying, this way they won’t cancel it again. Left scratching my head. So fast forward to the rescheduled appointment. Over 30 minute wait to simply get the exam. During this excessive wait, the vibe of the showroom was one of confusion and disorganization. It sure would be nice, as a customer, that VisionWorks would value my time instead of just my money."

"I bought eyeglasses and sunglasses from them. The staff and the optometrist were friendly and helpful, spending a good amount of time helping me decide on the best options. However, I found that they lacked variety in their sunglasses selection, making it difficult for me to find something I liked. I believe they could improve in this area."

"My wife and I have been to this business several times, and every time is great! Yesterday, we were there again. 3 Employees working with me were outstanding! First, I talked with Kyle (?) over the phone and he was able to get my wife in during my visit, and then we had a nice talk while he put my eyes through some testing. Second, Dr. Thovarajah - she's my absolute favorite optometrist! She's very kind, patient, thorough, and even let my wife sit with me during the exam. Lauren, last but not least, is just fantastic! I've been in the store and she's waited on my wife and I several times. Every time she does a wonderful job, and she did it again!!"
