"Tried Pilates for the first time at New York Pilates this week. I took class with Grace yesterday and Erica today. They were both fantastic, gave clear explanations of moves I am unfamiliar with, and offered modifications so the class was challenging for all levels. My workouts usually consist of indoor cycling, HIIT classes and weightlifting. My first 5 minutes of class showed me what a huge gap I have had in my training and how beneficial this is for the body. I left feeling aligned with zero back pain (I have a previous back injury) and am more sore in my core than I have ever been from previous workouts! The studio was spotless and smells amazing. Highly recommend for both first timers and avid pilates enthusiasts!"
