"If I could give you zero stars, I would. This place is full of a bunch of thieves that make it impossible to cancel, and even when you do, they still charge you. They failed to answer my calls and stopped replying to my emails. I had to cancel my card and file a complaint to get my money back. Believe all the negative reviews, something I wish I would have done before signing up."

"I love love love this place and the trainers . The workout I get in that hour is better than any workout I can do in 2 hours. You work hard but you feel good afterwards. I love the flexibility of the classes - the early morning ones are my favorite. The team in Bay Shore are amazing!"

"Scammers & very unprofessional! This is not managed by the franchise and Kyle (owner) is making up his own rules. He doesn't warn you every time the price increases, and if you try to cancel, they make it impossible to do until the only choice you have is to cancel your credit card. He has stopped responding to emails, DMs and won't return calls. Their number doesn't even work most of the time. I thought Kyle was a respectable owner, but he only cares about how to get you or your bank's money. Unless you want a lifetime membership, go somewhere else."
