"I have benefited a lot from going to yoga classes. I’ve been going to pain management for years to help my back pain. But since I started attending these yoga classes, my back pain has disappeared. Also has helped manage my weight. I have learned a lot about yoga poses, alignment, and about better breathing techniques. Attending these classes has also improved my flexibility, which has helped to better prepare me for the NYC marathon. I really want to thank the amazing instructors. They are very professional, well experienced, and have deep knowledge about how to enter into a pose using various techniques. I highly recommend this Yoga Studio."

"While traveling to visit family I attended classes at both Setauket and Bayport locations. I generally practice at a strong Ghosh studio that is 26&2/Hatha but works against a lot of the problematic Bikram dialogue. I am skeptical to try more traditional Bikram studios because of this but I felt right at home here. I found my class with Suzanne to be absolutely perfect. She explained postures well- even the stuff I personally think is potentially damaging in dialogue. She was so supportive and clear and I felt very comfortable being in her class. The studio was clean, the heat was wonderful, and overall I felt very safe with their Covid protocols. I am just sad I won't be back anytime soon to be able to take her class again! Thanks for a great visit and practice!"

It is an amazing studio that offers a variety of classes and instructors who are educated, professional and extremely helpful with modifications due to injuries. There is no judgment in the room, everyone is encouraged to focus on their personal best for the day. The studio is going above and beyond to provide a safe and clean environment for people to practice. Greatful to have this space to practice."

"The studio may be closed during these circumstances but Suzanne has been offering zoom classes on line and as the weather permits, class on the grass. Suzanne is a dynamic teacher and person with a heart to see people grow healthy through practicing yoga.
