I’m a trained yoga teacher and this is where I go! There are places closer to where I live but I come here. Super clean environment and showers to rinse off before work!"

"Incredible yoga studio. Classes are amazing. Instructors are amazing!!! People there are absolutely wonderful. Very clean Facility. They offer showers changing rooms. So you can get clean after your hot yoga practice. It's everything you would want and need in a yoga studio, but they also have a whole wellness side to it. They offer sound healing, acupuncture, massage therapy, and other whole body wellness healing practices. If you are looking for a whole body wellness approach, not just exercise. This is the place for you. They have wonder workshops and even offer kids yoga. Its on the first floor, with no steps, so it is accessible for those with physical challenges."

"I attended my first class here two years ago, I went sporadically until a couple of months ago when I started coming 3x a week. I’ve tried other local studios and nothing compares to Just Breathe. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel completely welcomed, regardless of your experience. I’ve taken classes with every instructor and each class is always an absolute pleasure - even if it’s a particularly challenging class (of which there are plenty!). Attending classes here has been nothing short of life changing for me and I can’t recommend the studio highly enough."

"Just Breathe yoga and Boutique and wellness is the best yoga studio on Long Island! It is my home away from home. I have been going to JB for 4 years regularly. I keep a year subscription so can practice as much as I want to and I like to practice a lot. JB is always warm and welcoming. The studio is always clean, sanitary, and decorated warmly. Taking a shower and changing after class is effortless. Let me say again everything is always clean. The clothes JB sells in there boutique is trendy, original, reasonably priced clothes. JB sells jewellery, yoga clothes, CBD, essential oils, and so much more. It is a great place to get your friend a gift. The professionals at the wellness center are the best. I have had a message by Bridget and it was one of the best I ever had. I have been fortunate to have an hour acupuncture experience and it was fabulous and helped me with shoulder pain and energy. The wellness center has many more services all are excellent. The yoga instructor at JB are the best! I have practiced at other places and nowhere can you you find such inspirational motivating instructors. Right now at JB 175 people are in a 30 day yoga challenge and I have taken 40 classes in May and not one class has been the same. JB offers an array of classes non-heated, heated, yin, and antigravity classes just to name some. Every instructor has great play list. All JB’s instructors offer variations for all levels. All the instructors are trained,creative, initiative, and bring there own flare. The owner Nicole did a great job of creating a welcoming loving community. Many of the people I practice with have become my friends. The manager Jude keeps Just Breath makes it the place to be. Jude’s classes are difficult and H-O-T!!! She keeps it fun and supports everyone to get through the moment. Jude, JB manager or Patrick are usually always there to greet everyone making JB an inviting place to be. This review is written unsolicited. I took the time and energy to write this because Just Breathe deserve the recognition for having an outstanding yoga, wellness, and boutique.
