Equipment was great and the service and delivery was a great experience as well. The office kept me apprised of the delivery schedules and the delivery teams who did the set up were very good - they knew what they were doing and paid close attention to detail to make sure everything worked as it should - they tested it out before they left! I'll buy again!"

"We sold our Nautilus equipment to this company from World Gym Setauket. When they came to pick up the equipment I asked for payment. They told me the office would send me a check. Of course I received no payment. I had to sue them in small claims court. I won but still couldn't get paid because they changed their name to Rebirth. These are very shady people and have a very bad reputation."

"My experience has been horrible. I purchased a Life Fitness Signature Series Dual Adjustable Pulley System in late January. The item was supposed to be shipped late February. It took several attempts to get an update of when my order would be shipped. I still haven't received it or received any notification of when it will be shipped. I was told today that they are still operational and performing deliveries yet mine hasn't been shipped. It is now June 10th and the delivery company to deliver it, once it got to San Antonio, TX stated they didn't have truck big enough the even fit the equipment on. This whole experience has been horrible and a complete joke.Unless there was an insane deal on a piece of equipment, I would never purchase from here again."
