"I made multiple attempts to cancel my Planet fitness membership at the Centerreach location. I have been continued to be charged despite not being able to reach the location due to a change of address. I could never reach them on the phone due to no one answering. I recently found out it is the policy of the gym that you are required to goto the location itself in order to cancel the membership. I find this to be absolutely unacceptable business practice seeing how you can easily sign up through their app. It is unreasonable that I should have to use my own time and money just to cancel a subscription. Why is there no option to cancel through the app when you can be immediately charged through it. When asking for the general managers information I was given a fake email address and a disconnected number. DO NOT sign up for Planet fitness they are a SCAM and are fishing for your money."

"I love the convenience of how close this location is to my home. The gym is super clean. The employee david was extremely knowledgeable, He went over all the black card benefits and set me up in a sweet massager after my workout!! Love it!"

"Has most of what I need. Good atmosphere. Some of the treadmills could use maintenance. I've had the treads slide on me while running in the past. Overall a really good gym."
