"I appreciate Skip's unique knowledge and understanding of anatomy/physiology, something you certainly do not experience with average trainers of this era. Also, he is fair in his pricing model and operates with integrity. I have trained off and on for 5-6 years at this point and each time I return, there is no judgment. Say it with me: working out is a lifestyle and NOT a fad. Note that the program works when you do, just like anything else in this thing called life. One key to remember is that your diet is 85%. Again, diet is 85% of this and you will never outperform a bad one. Every personal trainer isn't for every single trainee and that is okay. If you want an Equinox experience, you must pay that cost! Chatter aside, you cannot discount the brilliant personal training and nutrition program that Skip has built which focuses on a few core things: water intake, macronutrients, plus an abbreviated training schedule. Just do it."
