"The water fountain doesn’t work most of the time. They should give out free water when not working. The treadmills are always crooked and must be about 15 that are not working. When you talk to Mgr, she does not seem to care. She should walk around with one of people behind counter n check treadmills I bet plug is probably out of most of them. They have three people behind counter, “for what”? Have some of these people walk around and clean."

"I moved out of state and forgot to cancel my membership before I left. Figured I could transfer to a location near me. Unfortunately, there were no locations within 45 minutes of where I moved to. Therefore, I considered it best to cancel all together. I tried to call the location to cancel, and they refused, saying I had to come in person, it was their policy, blah, blah, blah. That was out of the question since it would've been well over a 6 hour drive, so long story short, I had to submit a written cancelation request and mail it. Nearly 6 months later I was still getting charged for my subscription, to which an angry phone call yielded a response of they never got the letter and I was going to keep getting charged until they received it. The only way around this was to cancel my bank account, dispute those 6 months of charges, and open a new account to which they could no longer pirate my hard earned money from me. To this day I still receive the occasional phone call telling me that I owe them x Dollars and if I would like to settle the balance over the phone, to which I always respond by telling them to suck my big toe. If I could give this organization as a whole negative stars I would. Everyone should be aware of their shady business practices and if you value your mental sanity, join a different gym. Would not recommend."

"I’ve been going to this location consistently for the last four months! Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everyone does their own thing and even when it does get busy. It doesn’t prevent from getting a great workout out in!! Ladies room is always on point due to the cleaning staff!"

"I have been working out in this gym for two years at the beginning everything was ok, unfortunately it's getting BAD, the rules are not enforced, loud, aggressive, and inconsiderate people come every day, the machines are dirty, used paper towel on the floor, sometimes there are not paper towels and sprays. Yesterday night, I saw the worse, a couple were engaging in an obscene situation inside the 30 minutes workout section with loud "music" that was disgusting! Hopefully this gym doesn't deteriorate."
