For months now, they’ve graciously provided us with the unique opportunity to experience what it’s like to exercise in a sauna. Why bother with boring, air-conditioned comfort when you can sweat out half your body weight in just one session? The broken AC adds a thrilling element of surprise to every class. Will today be the day you finally master the art of staying conscious through sheer willpower and electrolytes alone? The possibilities are endless! In all seriousness, I love OTF workouts. I’ve been a part of many studios for 5+ years. This one has had AC issues for the better part of 1 year that they can’t seem to fix. There are constantly working on it or it’s broken. It’s frustrating with the high cost of membership. I’d think twice about joining this studio if you value working out in a comfortable environment."

"This has been my main way of exercising for a while, including during my entire pregnancy. The coaches were great about recommending any necessary adjustments. It's a full body workout and gets me doing things I would never do on my own. All coaches are awesome and have so much energy - Zach, Nick, and Melissa are my usual coaches and are incredible. The community, music, and folks at the front desk are all great as well! They also have towels - nice bonus!"

"Just the best! I joined as a “founding member” when the studio opened, I figured I’d give it a shot and could quit. Well, 2 years later I’m still going strong…..literally! The classes are designed to push you and make you stronger, all with the help of amazing coaches who get you there. Besides the great workout, it’s an environment where you can show up and be welcomed and encouraged by staff and fellow members. EVERYONE, seriously everyone, is welcome. Fellow members are all super supportive and friendly, and the staff/coaches…..they are next level. Truly 5 star and above!!"

"Love this place!!! All the coaches are great! Zach will push you, Nick will inspire you, Connor will make you laugh it just keeps getting better. And all the staff greet you with a smile. Also this is the first gym where I’ve found real friends! So glad I committed. Book your classes in advance because they book up fast. Also get your coins ready it’s expensive but definitely worth it!"

"Huge fan of this studio. The coaches are all fantastic and do an amazing job pushing you to pick up heavier weights or go a bit faster as you improve, which has made a huge impact on my physical progress (helps me smash the benchmarks every time even though I hate bumping up my base pace, and my muscles are growing because I’m lifting heavier & heavier!) Thanks especially to the morning crew coaches Zach & Nick, you two are amazing."
