"I made a warranty claim with this company over a year and a half ago. It was approved by them and I was notified once the battery was in stock it would be sent to me. I was patient and followed up multiple times to see what the status was of the battery. I was told time and and time again that it wasn't in stock or that they had answered my question already. After a few months had passed they stopped responding to my e-mails and never answered my calls. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially because the bike saw very little use (~50km). To date, no battery and no response to my follow-up e-mails and/or phone calls. This is not a trustworthy company and they do not back their products. I would highly recommend staying away from this brand if you want any type of post-purchase support."
"On April 9, it was delivered new GOEAGLE by GoPowerBike. On April 11 , I got erro messages 002 and 008, I sent an email to help GoPowerBike for advise what these errors mean. I got a response from Angle from GoPowerBike. Angela asked me where I purchased the bike and type. I responded that I purchased the GOEAGLE by GoPowerBike from Bestbuy, City of edmonton Canada. Since then, today is April 17, with no response from Angle or GOPOWERBIKE team. I sent follow-up emails, but there was no response. I am wondering why they can not honor or support their own product. I returned the bike to bestbuy and got a replacement bike from a different company."
"I have the GoCruiser and I love it. I called about ordering some accessories and the customer service was very pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful. The bike is perfect for me to take camping and to ride around my neighborhood. And the step-through is perfect for a shorter person, like myself. Great bike, great company, great customer service. Highly recommend."
"Just bought one of their bikes for my wife for Christmas. She loved the bike but received a cracked LCD from shipping. I messaged them, they asked for a copy of my receipt and a picture, per warranty requirements, and as soon as I sent them in a new LCD was on its way. Great response time, great customer service. And my wife loves her bike. Glad I went with this company. Definitely recommend."
"Edit: yes I am sure this is the right business. You are lying when you say you never got my emails because Angela replied to the first few and then when it’s time to actually help, you pull this nonsense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and when the bike breaks in a few weeks they will not honor the warranty. First red flag - I ordered the basket to go on my bike and they sent me a bad cable so I emailed them asking for a replacement. They asked for photos so I sent them then they never replied. I followed up numerous times over about a month and still no replies. I’ve called a few times and left a voicemail too but it must be a completely unmonitored phone. Then the frame on the bike broke as well. It lasted a little over 2 months, and for over $1,000 I expected better quality. They again asked for photos, which I sent and showed the bike was being operated properly so it was faulty equipment not user error, and they said that the warranty department is allowed to deny any claim for any reason…leads me to believe the warranty department doesn’t even exist and all claims are just immediately denied. Now I’m stuck trying to fix their faulty product myself. Don’t be fooled like I was, choose a company that cares about their product, customers, and reputation."
