New Class Alert! Starting May 2nd, join us for our Yoga Foundations class, perfect for beginners and anyone looking to refine their alignment and transitions. This class is held every Thursday from 6:15 to 7:30 PM. Please note that advanced registration is required.
We offer a diverse range of classes from Saturday to Thursday, catering to all fitness levels and interests. Explore our unique offerings such as Barre (a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre), alongside various workshops, retreats, and free community events. Don't miss our FREE community class on May 10th from 7-8 PM—be sure to register in advance on our class page.
Our studio is a bright, spacious, and welcoming environment where a dedicated group of instructors and participants thrive together. Our team of experienced instructors, including Jenn, Carrie, Camille, Theresa, and others, bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their teaching, each with a unique background and approach to yoga and fitness.
Meet Jenn, who discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2012 and has been sharing her passion since completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017. Camille, a Holistic Health Coach and former Pastry Chef, brings mindfulness and holistic wellness to her classes. Theresa, with her extensive dance background, offers a blend of traditional asana and creative movement flows. Each instructor brings their personal journey and expertise, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all.
At Studio 108, we believe in the power of movement as medicine. Our classes are designed to inspire authenticity and health in body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, our instructors are here to support your journey with mindful, accessible, and uplifting practices.

"I took complementary private class with Teresa to work on my alignment and it was incredible! I was able to get her direct help on poses I asked for and she also watched me doing long sequences of several poses, tweaking them as needed. It was a great and very informative experience. Super thoughtful in her help! I also took an assisted stretching session from her. The session was very relaxing but I still felt so energized when I left. The room was very calm and the ambiance was great. I was able to get deeper than I ever could in my stretched and would definitely recommend it."

Teresa was able to clearly explain and demonstrate how I could improve my form. She also walked me through some poses that had previously been challenging for me and suggested simple exercises I could do at home to build my strength.
