William and his coaches are patient and diligent, and all have a record of individual success and are happy to share what they know with kids. The practice schedule is flexible enough so that kids can go several times a week regardless of where they live. The workout has elements of cross fit as well as actual running to increase speed and stamina. Highly recommended."
