"I regret signing up to this LA Fitness, honestly it’s the dirtiest location, EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING is always broken! I don’t understand how they haven’t fixed anything. The stair masters have been out of service since I joined which was like 3 years ago! The benches are broken, there are missing pins. Never see anyone cleaning, like at the Lodi location at least someone is always cleaning. I don’t understand where the money people are paying monthly goes into."

"SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. ZERO stars Summer 2024: The Air conditioner (currently substituting central air for the past 2 years) in the dance studio does not have the capacity to cool off a massive room. It is 12,000 BTU's!!!! LOL. It also needs emptying of water every day. Members have to request for this to happen. Darryl, the manager, is not happy he has to delegate this "responsibility." Check out the last four photos of deterioration: an absolute joke! Ghetto Fitness. Update (Summer 2023) AC machines not fit for the size or use of the room (see photos) were put in. Leases on those machines ended, leaving no AC for long periods of time - sometimes just a fan - and then other inadequate devices came in. The "proper" central AC was never fixed. Side note: the floor is drenched with sweat after a packed class and is rarely washed, making surfaces disgusting AND dangerous! Summer 2023: For the past 10 summers (bar one), the AC in the studio has been "broken." It is dangerously hot in there, and the added humidity and sweat on the floors make it slippery. Management play the "it's being fixed" or "we are waiting on a part," year after year, to keep members placated. But these conditions will ultimately cause an accident of some kind. Complaints are ignored. (Included is a photo of how staff removed a speaker because the studio doors had to remain open to receive a tiny bit of AC and those members complained of noise)."

"Besides all broken equipment, missing pins (as you can see in many other reviews), there is no free water anywhere in this gym - the fountains in the locker room doesn’t work and the one on first floor is “scheduled for maintenance”. It’s not a one day thing, it’s been like this for a week! I’m a LA fitness member for years, and this can be the worst one in a great location. Completely ran down, dirty and nothing works. It needs a major renovation."

"This gym has gone so far downhill. no pins in any of the machines and nobody seems to care. Had to bring my own screwdriver. Also all of the machines are always broken, take forever to get fixed."

"For new costumers PLEASE don’t sign in to LA FITNESS it’s just disgusting the way we have to work out, 1) we don’t have no pins for the machines at the moment 2) the showers are always really dirty 3) the locker room it’s just the worse part of this gym. Please we pay a lot of money every month to have this type of service LA FITNESS your costumers are really upset with your management"
