"Convenience of being near my home, nice and friendly staff. But $30-40 dollars a month and only 2 treadmills out of 12 work. It's been like this for months, it's upsetting because ive been here since they opened. Its unfortunate that I have toggle between this gym and third ave depending on my workouts. Please fix the treadmills."

"80% of the machines in this gym are broken and the other 20% are In terrible condition, members have 0 gym etiquette and leave dumbbells and plates all over the place, management allows them do bring loud speakers and play their own obnoxious music, there’s also very little cleaning going on, the bathrooms are a MESS and members leave the locker area looking like a dumpster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, save your money."

"This place is a mess. The staff is often on their phones or working out and not attending the front desk. The bathroom is often out of soap and toilet paper. Their is no gym etiquette at this gym including the staff, machines are often broken, weights are never in their assigned place so looking for a set of weights can often take 15 min. The staff often decides to close before the scheduled time advertised. As I consulted about canceling my membership they instructed me to cancel before the 9th of month when my monthly dues were due, canceled on the 7th and was told I was misinformed by their front desk staff and that I had to cancel 2 weeks in advance. Save yourself the trouble and workout anywhere else."

"This gym has many machines that have been out of service for a very long time. Believe it or not more than a month. I have asked management when they will be repaired and was told soon since the parts arrived. Machines have not been repaired. I have included pictures for your reference. These pictures are from a few weeks ago. today they are still not repaired and there are additional machines broken. Rules are not enforced either. It would be great if management repaired the machines since members ae paying their dues. I'm sure any member that does not pay their dues would not be allowed to utilize the facilities. I hope management fixes these and all other machines."
