"This is a great bike shop!! Super friendly and helpful staff. I am not a super athletic biker, and they have helped me out so much. I take my bike in for tune-ups and they are very reasonably priced and the bike is ready almost immediately. Just the the other day, I had a flat tire, and I took it in. They fixed it within minutes....no charge! I highly recommend this place for all biker of all levels."
"9:00 is a very soft open. Sat waiting until about 9:40 while the boss took his time. Multiple employees were waiting with us but didnt have the keys to let us in and sell the quick part we needed."
"I wanted to say I am quite disappointed with this shop. Winspace wheels uses them and had me send my wheels to them. The mechanic there called me and said "my wheels are better than factory now". Well....next ride the spokes came unthreaded. Worst part of all, after sending my wheels there, they removed my tubeless tires, never put them back on and just threw the tires with the sealant in a bag. Now I have dried sealant all over my expensive tires. I asked the guy there why they either didn't just mount them back on or wash it off before they did a lazy thing like that and he said he doesn't have a hose. What bike shop doesn't have a hose? I wish there was a way to post a picture of this here for others to see. Just be careful going here."
"This sunday may 30, '21 they were close, it was raining but henry the owner came in just to make the exchange in my wheelset and set it up for me for free! Hows that for customer service? above and beyond what you expect from your ordinary everyday bike store. Makes you feel special, thats why he gets my loyalty and business from now on"
