Overcharge for gym membership by failing to properly log payments - then give “free months of membership” to make up for the overcharges - only to turn around and charge again during those promised free months. Unbelievable. Avoid this location at all costs, and maybe avoid Planet Fitness as a whole. Find a gym that doesn’t do shady business"
"IT IS SO HOT IN THERE. They refuse to put on the A/C which is making it miserable, and it smells horrible…. Often the bathrooms are dirty and have no toilet paper either. To top it off, they let kids workout for free in the summertime, which means that it is packed and you can’t get any machines you want."
