"I’m very pleased with this gym. Staff always greets members/ friendly!! Big plus there!! Love the cleaning stations that are available & the fact members DO use it!! I really like the selection of equipment. It’s Bright & modern. Music is clean & tasteful, but most members have their headphones on anyway. Glad I chose this gym!"

"Stuff should’ve be trained on how to treat customers, specially the lady named Michelle. Her customer service is terrible, very rude and she is not helpful at all. Not just once but several times, not even a question is answered from this girl. It’s supposed to be a place where you can forget all your problems but the stuff give you another one!"

"On my last visit to Blink Fitness in Passaic NJ loction I experienced a really bad treatment from Custmer Service employee named Michelle. She was very rude and milpolite and gave me bad looks just because my ID needed to be manually scan/intered into the syatem. this was not the fist time that I was treated badlly by your Customer Service Rep."

"Nice gym, good lighting.....would be nice if they had a trap bar in the functional training area on the 3rd floor and a cable shoulder press machine somewhere on the first or second but otherwise they have everything you need.."

"Garbage gym, very unprofessional and rude staff, staff laughs at people when they work out and talk about them behind their backs, and to top it all, the gym is overcrowded all throughout the week! This gym is also a rip off! The gym charges a 70 dollar annual fee besides membership every year too! And charges 16 dollars to cancel the membership! The other reviewers must be paid off! Stay out of here!"
