"I’ve been a member here for about 2 years and I’m still currently one (but not for much longer) only out of necessity and convenience of the location. This gym is poorly run by a revolving door management team (there’s one guy who’s been there since I signed up and he’s USELESS). The ONLY positive about this gym are some of the trainers and class instructors (shoutout to Travis and Gabe), and the sauna. This location is consistently dirty, poorly maintained, and overall aggravating. During my last visit a few weeks ago I saw a roach in the woman’s locker room—walked out immediately. There have been countless times that there’s no sanitizing solution or paper towels to wipe down equipment. Free weights and plates are almost never where they should be. One of the most infuriating situations here was a couple months ago. There was no hand soap in any of the restrooms. NONE. At a gym—where germs are constantly spread around. The manager on duty at the time was well aware and claimed nothing could be done to rectify the issue. He said the soap order went to the wrong location. When I asked him if they had petty cash on hand for situations like these he said “nope”. A CUSTOMER of the gym went and bought a bottle of soap for the women’s locker room, bless her! I hope they paid her back! Now that LA Fitness has acquired the XSport company I truly hope the conditions of this location improve. But it will only happen if they completely overhaul the management!"

"I came in yesterday (8/6/2024) because it is now a LA fitness location. La Fitness just acquired over 35 X-sport locations. If you are a current LA fitness member, you can go to any location, so I thought I would give this location a try. In short: this location is not good...at the moment. The AC was busted and during a heat wave (8/6/2024)...wow. Sweat, and heat everywhere, paper towels all on the floor, just downright awful and miserable to be in. At least turn the fan on? Nope. There is some serious ventilation problems with this location. Equipment is nice. Lots of free weights, dumbbells up to 125 lbs (maybe heavier), nice selection of machines, indoor turf, enough benches and power racks during peak hours. Good to build muscle. No issue here. Free parking and parking permits for members. Very good. Inside a mall with lots of shopping and food court. Nice! Just fix the AC and clean up more and you will have a very promising Location. 2-stars...for now."

"Today was my 1st day at xsport and it went well. The gym was clean and the staff was helpful. They have so many different machines so there's no wait to get on one. I made a switch from Planet Fitness to Xsport Fitness because they are open 24 hours and PF is not anymore but if I had known Xsport had all these machines and amenities I would've made the switch a long time ago and not just because of the hours."

"Gym is filthy. Managmnet team is horrible. They do not care about the facility. They let people come and play music on their bluetooth speakers as if its their own home gym. Weights are all over the floor. Garbage is everywhere"

"I use to come to this gym 3 years ago and it was one of the best in the Bronx but they definitely fell in attention to details Disgusted , disappointed and honestly ready to leave to Levels gym. Since I re activated my membership 3 months ago I come early in the morning to miss the morning rush and The weights are always all over the place and the bathroom is really Filthy. Looks like there no extra hands on deck."
