He's phenomenally smart about health & fitness. He's been a terrific coach for me, I'm down about 25 lbs and have regained much of the muscle tone that I'd lost over the years. He's a total professional in the gym - doesn't waste a minute. Jay has an incredible inventory of equipment and does individual and group training classes. "I was bit hesitant to join here. Took trial classes and then I liked this place. I workout max 2 times a week. All the trainers are good. They try to understand what our goals and work with us. The group classes are really great. They maintain individual goals even in the group classes. The trainers make sure the form is good while we workout and they are little pushy to see we improve. It is a good place to workout. I would definitely recommend the place."
