"Great gym and staff! The workouts are challenging but help you achieve your fitness goals with efficiency. Many times you go to the gym for hours and over time don’t see any progress. This is because many people go to the gym and mostly waste their time watching tv and ‘resting’ between sets. F45 does not provide for wasted time and really is designed for you to make the most of your workout and time. I would say more positive things, but if the gym gets too popular I won’t be able to get into a class :)."

"The best group fitness program I've ever experienced in my 20 years as a "fitness junkie". The workouts are great and modifications available if necessary. Coaching is excellent, they are high energy and also protect the members with a safe environment. Oh and the music is fire!!! The culture in Bogota is friendly and encouraging, motivation is never a struggle once I walk through the door."
