THE GYM

"The recent renovation looks great! The locker room, sauna, showers are kept clean (especially compared to most gyms in the area). When I decided this gym was no longer for me, the cancellation process was very easy/hassle-free, never surprised with any hidden fees. I mainly joined to take group fitness classes but I didn't enjoy most of them and many of the classes were way too crowded, especially barre and pilates. Better off going to a boutique studio for group fitness. Glad I gave this place a try but this gym wasn't for me."

"I am one of the first customers of this gym many many years ago, and I’m probably the oldest person in this gym but that doesn’t mean anything. I enjoy coming to the gym every day. I enjoy the people that I see every day. It is like a family friends always waving saying hello couldn’t experience a better time and in the morning every day, from the first experience, you have walking into the gym to the greeting that you get from the people behind the front desk caring making you feel like your experience is gonna be great which it is renovations have made this place really a beautiful place. they did a great job , Mike has been involved in the gym. I guess since the first day like me, I joined up in a trailer in the parking lot before the building is filled so I can see over the years they have done such a great job and enjoying the people thanks for being , who you are"

"I have been a member of The GYM for some time now, and I can confidently say that it is a top-notch facility and a fantastic place to work out. The equipment is state-of-the-art and well-maintained, making my workouts efficient and enjoyable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The cleanliness of the gym is also impressive, which is something I truly appreciate. The variety of classes offered is great, providing options for all fitness levels and interests. Overall, The GYM exceeds my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to exercise and reach their fitness goals."

"The GYM is more like home than a gym. The people, the facility/ambiance, the collegial environment, the classes, the camaraderie, the trainers etc. I could go on and on. I was never a “gym person.” This year, I have tried to prioritize my own health and make exercising and strength training a priority. Showing up to The GYM has become joyful (and not just dread, which it could have been). I ask my patients to do hard things everyday in the office. I’m trying to do the same by showing up for myself and being here. This environment makes it much easier. I like The GYM so much, I now sit and spend time sitting by the tables in the lobby after I’m done with my work out because the lighting is wonderful and it’s become my happy place! Whether having a shake, sitting with friends or doing work, this place has become a second home. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"

"Great facilities, really nice staff, haven't used the personal trainers but they seem really involved. They have classes all the time and they are tough but lots of fun. Certainly more on the expensive side compared to other gyms but this place has everything you could want and doesn't get too crowded EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: they have been doing multiple updates to the facilities that are much appreciated but no changes in current prices to the current clients. We are expected to pay full price with less availability than the day before. Still one of the best gyms around but this oversite is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. FURTHER EDIT: the locker rooms have now been closed for 2.5 months with no great outlook in sight. They are now charging extra to use the few lockers they have and have no place to even use a bathroom. But the cost of my membership has stayed the same :/ ANOTHER EDIT: this gym continues to be awful with communication. They have opened the locker rooms 4 weeks later than proposed. They also reopened the juice bar but failed to tell members it's under new management so I had to track down money I had stored there that hopefully will be added to my next bill but why do I even need to do this?! Now this morning I come in and there is construction in the stretching area with zero warning. Seriously someone please read this review and open another gym in Teaneck Englewood as I'm tired of this."
