"Depends on the crew. On 7/14 crew at 12 girl was on her phone and there was no paper in 4 areas. I had to search for paper to clean gym equipment. Lots of people left gym equipment dirty because there's no paper. The girl had the cart full of paper in the front desk lol. She really wasn't trying to do her job."

"While I am overall pleased with the Woodland Park gym as it pertains to management and staff, I am very dissatisfied with the upkeep of the equipment hand elipicticol with seem to need one missing piece. This brake down is over a month. I have not seen the maintenance worker in some time. I have to mention that unlike the treadmill there is only one elipicticol perhaps you should look into purchasing an additional machine in addition to proving regular maintenance at this facility ."

"If I could give 0 stars this would would EARN it. Constant neglect!!! I have been forced to use this facility and the only consistent experience is horror. Bathrooms are cleaned ONCE A MONTH. When equipment goes down it’s for months. Members have no courtesy, use 4 sets of dumbbells for 30 minutes while on a smith machine and never replaces a thing. It’s like an easter egg hunt trying to find 2 dumbbells that match. * Update 4/15/24 - Been two days without toilet paper or hand soap."

"The Manager in woodland park facility is very disrespectful and arrogant. Not sure if there is different managers and unfortunately I didn’t even get his name, I just know it’s a young man. I’ve been coming and paying Planet fitness for yearssss. Way before he probably even planned to be a manager and never had someone so rude disrespect me the way he did. I don’t think this is a good look for such a big amazing franchise. He needs manners and needs to learn customer service. He yelled to me that planet was his that’s why he was the manager. I’ll admit I did also get rude and said rude things, but he made me lose my patients and made me also become disrespectful. As I was walking out he was talking to his coworkers about me, not good. Most of my family go to Planet and I’ll make sure they keep their eye on his bad manners and disrespect."

"The staff is great. Top of the line facilities and very clean. Bernado one of the staff who assisted me is very professional and courteous. I’m also impress by the manager “Brandon” of his leadership and training of his staff. Overall great experience. Best Planet Fitness Branch in the region."
