However, the encouragement that Eslam provides during each session and the non-judgemental community you get to work with is truly amazing. I've been going for almost a month and each week I feel challenged yet well-supported. You get to work along other women who are in different stages of their fitness journey and throughout your sessions you also get the individualized feedback that you need from a trainer. Having a balance between those two things have made working out so much more comfortable and manageable for me."
