"Awesome gym, has everything you need. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, this is the place to go"
"You're going to love this gym depending on what you're looking for. If you want strong man equipment (atlas stones, farmer walks, yoke etc) and other athletic equipment you won't find at most commercial gyms (I.E. reverse hyper, power sled, tires etc), if you want a gym where people go to actually get stronger, more fit, athletic, if you want a gym where people are serious about their lifting craft, this is the place to be. The atmosphere can be intimidating but 90% of the people are very friendly and approachable. Willing to give you advice and help. The gym is not at all means the most aesthetically pleasing. It's dark, industrial and pretty dimly lit. If you want a bright, neon lit, sterile gym, not the place for you. The cleanliness could be better, and the organization could be better. I can say that. Sometimes weights and equipment is thrown and left all over the place. So annoying. This gym is kind of out the way depending on where you're located. It's only a 5 minute walk from the Mount Vernon west metro north station and about 10 minute walk from the 2 train from Wakefield. Driving is possible with good parking and there's some bee line buses that are close by. All-in-all, if you're serious about being an athlete, this IS the gym you want to be apart of in Westchester and NY in general. PROS: -A gym for people who are serious about gaining strength and being athletic -Lots of very strong people for extra motivation -Great community -Strong man equipment CONS: -A little out the way depending if you're outside or NYC (though a quick walk from the Metro North) -Not for those who want a regular, casual gym -Not pretty"
"I liked the gym. It was spacious alot of variety and even has free chalk for lifting. The music and staff was also good. The price is a little too steep for me, but it's deff a gym for those taking their workouts serious."
