I've been training here for about 6 months, and my skills and fitness have improved dramatically. The instructors encourage you to work hard while prioritizing proper technique, and it is definitely a family atmosphere where everyone is supportive and encouraging regardless of your age, size, gender or skill level. The classes combine intense conditioning, pad work, and sparring (if you want) for a full-body workout that will have you dripping in sweat. The classes are also incredibly therapeutic for managing my stress and anxiety; there’s nothing quite like kicking and punching things to work through life’s frustrations! Can’t recommend Legendary MMA enough!"
