"Do yourself a favor and never come to this gym. It’s a total scam that’s somehow still kept as a secret even though they blatantly screw over customers. Once you sign up you’re paying them forever because they will never allow you to cancel your membership ever again, no matter the circumstances. The managers are very difficult to like as they are all coordinating the entire scam. STAY AWAY!"

"If I could leave a negative star review for this gym I would. I joined this gym for a year and ended up having to cancel because I moved but they refused to cancel making every excuse in the book. After calling multiple times, asking for managers, etc. over the course of months they still refused to cancel and continued charging my card. I’ve joined multiple gyms over the course of 20 years but I’ve never seen one as horribly ran as this one. Stay away from this gym and join another unless you want to deal with poor staff, old machines, and a cancellation process that takes not days but years costing members thousands in made up charges."
"I had been a member of this gym all last summer and had a terrible experience. This gym never had anyone working at the front desk to help either. When going back to school and trying to cancel the membership they wouldn’t let me cancel unless I came in person. When I finally was able to get in and cancel it they continued to charge me and but wouldn't let me scan to get in. Since there was never anyone actually working there they never responded to my calls to fix it. I now drive 20 minutes further for a gym that has significantly better service and equipment than UFC."
