"I saw their new opening event and decided to try out a trial class. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant, and the instructors provide professional and systematic exercise routines. I have seen a lot of positive effects. After pregnancy, my pelvic area and muscles behind my hips always felt tight and painful, but after doing Pilates classes, I feel refreshed and comfortable. They explain in detail why we do certain movements and where they are beneficial. They also make sure to inform us about movements that should be avoided or may be risky, so I feel safe during exercise. Facility is very clean, and the atmosphere is great. Especially, all the equipment is brand new, which is wonderful. I'm really happy to have a place to exercise steadily until I give birth and even after. Thank you!!!"

She always reminds us what muscles should be working and should not be working. I have had back pain very long time and the stretches and core muscle working really helping me to lessen the pain.
