Founded by Sun and David “Tao” Halpin, Sun Tao Studio offers a diverse range of classes and workshops designed to support your journey toward a vibrant and healthy life. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our yoga programs provide a path to happiness and health, equipping you to face life's challenges with grace and strength.

Sun brings a wealth of knowledge to our studio, having studied meditation and yoga under a monk in a mountain temple in 1996. Her expertise in Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and Therapeutic Massage, combined with her advanced yoga training under Sri Dharma Mittra, allows her to guide clients out of pain and into healing. Sun’s approach focuses on empowering individuals to learn how to heal and maintain their health naturally, comfortably, and safely.

Tao's journey began in 1985 with martial arts and later expanded to yoga and Tai Chi after his own recovery from an injury. His unique ability to make yoga accessible and beneficial to everyone has made him a sought-after instructor in the community. Tao's innovative and enjoyable methods have enriched the lives of many, from kindergarteners to seniors, throughout New Jersey and beyond. His Life Wisdom Workshops further support community growth and well-being.
