"I don’t know why you choose not to work with me even tho i got an attitude from the very first time i contacted your firm. Yes you sent the documents and i was very thankful for that. My review isn’t based on the attitude i got or the documents but all i needed from you guys was a simple email to the lawyers office that states that your firm filed the taxes. And whoever i spoke with on the phone said they can do that. The lawyer received an email that says you did NOT file the taxes. I don’t understand why you would do something like that. Then when i call every other day, no one picks up! What kind of business dodges calls like that? I don’t know what happened between you and my sister but that has nothing to do with me. Some professionalism is all I’m asking for here and i will gladly change my review. I don’t usually resort to making bad reviews to hurt a business but i had no other way of getting your attention since you keep avoiding my calls."
