"Nexgen has helped me become more confident, stronger, and have much more energy. Noah, Nick and Haley- all have great personalities, they are knowledgeable, well qualified, processional, respectful and are able to adapt work outs that leave you feeling both awful and wonderful at the same time. This one time my body felt beyond uncomfortable and, Noah said let’s do it this way instead. When my form was off Nick, recorded me doing it and then recorded himself doing it and showed me the difference. Haley, always encourages me to pace myself, and is very supportive when different movements are hard. While not nutritionists they live healthy lives and are able to offer practical advice. The individual, one on one workouts that I able to get in here are incredible, never fighting for equipment, having someone encourage, count and spot me makes me look forward to going. They all pop in and out so you get a great mix up with still a great shared vision. They use tech to track progress and they all get along very well like family, and all support you like just that. Even when you are working with another trainer. The gym is modern, the cleanest I’ve ever been to and always a great temperature, with a great vibe. They supply towels, and infused cold towels that smell amazing and refresh you after pounding out. They have great water fountains, cardio equipment and clean bathroom and showers."
