Bethel Baptist Church

"Friendly to all. Nice people. Music not at all inspiring. Atmosphere is set up more like a brightly lit middle school auditorium rather than the softly lit comfort of a Church. Need more Solemnity for my taste but wife likes going there because of the people who are all genuinely very nice people sincere in their beliefs. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to engage with. They are going thru a transition hunting for a permanent Pastor after the abrupt departure of the former one. Pastor Al is a temporary Pastor who is very capable, knowledgeable and affable but since he is only temporary that Link of ongoing dependability that is so important to the viability of any Church is missing. There is an Interesting dynamic with the attached school. Just recently Kind of connected but Not run by the Church. A separate Corporate entity with teachers that are members of the Church. Much better than a public government run school with life affirming and supporting values.Great place to take your children to for education and teaching of decent values for Life."
