"Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Clearwater. They gave us the pool and deck of our dreams. They were responsive, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!"
"I'm editing this review to include this because it's important to be fair. I'm in a foul mood as I write this, and probably shouldn't because of it. But, I've had enough. Our pool is less than a year old. Just for reference. All I can say is, don't do it. It may seem like a good deal and the guys seem nice on the surface but it's all garbage. They will answer and act kindly until something goes wrong. I'm sure if nothing goes wrong, you'll be happy with your pool. Our pool has been wrought with problems from the start. On the original install, the pool had a significant hump in the middle that "happens sometimes". Took several weeks of leaving an excavator parked on it (no exaggeration) to try to "straighten it out". Still has a hump. We said it was fine, not that big of a deal. We asked about the finish work on the yard. One of their guys said they would clean it up, seed and straw it before they left (they'll deny this). It wasn't in the contract, so, the fact they left it wrecked was on us but we were expecting SOMETHING other than a complete mess, especially since we told them they could put a makeshift rock driveway in the yard for convenience. Regardless, we said it was fine. The cover track they put in (wasn't them-was the cover people they subbed) had paint on the aluminum chip off. I asked about getting a patch kit to fix it. Travis said he'd get back to me. He didn't. But it's almunium, doesn't look terrible, just worse than if it were painted. The concrete they installed has terribly obvious brush marks, which when I asked, was told they would fade. They of course did not. It's also not straight, has several voids, is chipping badly, and has either heaved or was always about 3/4 inch higher than the cover track on a major section. Doesn't matter, looks like garbage, but functions so we were willing to ignore it. This August, we found hole in the bottom of the pool. Bigger than a quarter. Not a huge deal, just needed to be patched, but it's not 'nothing'. Called them and they said they'd get it fixed (after telling us it was Calcium). Today, they are saying they refuse to drain and brace it because they don't want to be 'liable'. "It wasn't them, it was the pool company who has to fix it". We offered to pay them for their support, but they refused. So, we called the pool manufacturer and they told us they are not in the area and that the installers are supposed to provide support, and sent us back to Clearwater for help getting the pool drained and braced. I asked Clearwater what am I supposed to do here? It was very frustrating, and in full disclosure I did say "this was a terrible thing to do to a customer and bulls*** service. I would never do this to one of my customers." Their response? "I'm not f****** arguing with you. It's not my problem. Sue them [the manufacturer]." This is a classic example of 'pass the blame' service. And it's really terrible because I've never given any indication that I'm the kind of person who would harass them if something went wrong. I'm not looking for problems. Things go wrong, I get that. I'd rather never have to talk to them again once the pool is in, but I do expect some level of service if things do go wrong. Anyway, I called the pool manufacturer, they were extremely kind, and they said they'd do whatever they could to help. At this point, they're looking for someone in our area to drain and brace our pool (they're in Tennessee). Anyway, please don't support a company like this. We were more than willing to power through any problems as long as they would meet us in the middle, but they have time and again showed that they do not care about their customers once they get their money. If you do decide to use them, get EVERYTHING in writing, make sure you keep outstanding documentation and be ready, because they won't hesitate to drop the mask."
"Great group of guys, go above and beyond for the customer. Always answer their phones. Couldn't ask for a better company."
"Knew what parts I needed and had them in stock. Very helpful."
