"We had a wonderful experience with Siri Storage. The facility is clean and has a restroom - very important! I found Jim to be everything I value in a vendor - kind, patient, responsive and a problem solver. Last year, I asked Jim if he knew where we could rent a couple of tables and he had his team provide them for us. He worked with us as we downsized to a smaller unit. We had vendors come to the storage unit to view/purchase items and with the help of the tables and carts, the buying experience was organized and efficient. "I live in Dunkirk and rented two storage spaces at Siri in Fredonia a couple of months ago. One was temporary and the other permanent...the whole building is pristine...very clean and easy to navigate...the no-contact rental arrangement couldn’t have been easier and the response from management immediate. As I was done with the temporary unit, I just telephoned my request to cancel that unit...again, I got an immediate response by telephone from Jim, which was followed by an emailed confirmation of the cancellation...I would highly recommend Siri Storage for your storage needs...as I live in an apartment, it’s great to have a professional, clean, climate controlled storage space close by and with such easy access. The day after I rented my storage I had to change the size of the storage rental .
