"If I could give him a zero I would. This guy will tell you he takes all forms of payment until he gets the body. Then when you go to pay him he will tell you cash only. He put an announcement of my father death in the paper with the wrong date and wrong cause of death without any family members knowing. Then had to correct the obituary twice. He had the wrong dates of my father's services, left out his deceased mother and deceased son out of the obituary. You will pay for full service and he picks out your prayer cards and guest sign in book for you. My father had PINK ROSE prayer cards and guest sign in book. He has his dog running around the funeral home. The funeral phone was ringing during my father's services. Nobody held the door or greeted anyone walking in the door. AND this guy lied and told our lawyer that my father's services weren't paid in full so he could get money out of his estate. We had to show the lawyer the receipt that it was paid in full!"
"It was a very easy n painless experience ty for all that u did for us"
"If I could rate lower, I would. Mike was a consistent, unwelcome presence during both the wake and funeral. He would incessantly insert himself into conversations with at best irrelevant self-indulgent stories, and at worst inflammatory statements that warranted a smack in the mouth (mocking someone with a disability, really? Making a disgusting implication about infidelity about one of the deceased's children IN FRONT OF THE COFFIN???) These comments would be unbecoming in any normal circumstance, but at a funeral, where a family is seeking to heal together, it's unconscionable. Advice for the future Mike: keep your mouth shut and have tissues on hand. Unless you're providing logistical information to the family YOU SHOULDN'T BE TALKING!!! Grow up and get help."
"Terrible professional ! Sat at the front door when guests came in never greeting them! During the viewing he decided to take a broom and clean off cobwebs while people were visiting. He brought his dog down! After the priests service he called my brother by his last name and not his first name , twice. He apologized ! He’s a professional! Not getting the deceased name correctly is never okay! Very disappointed!"
"Mr. Fantauzzi was very helpful to us. He assisted us in getting everything organized for my husbands grandfather funeral. Mr. Fantauzzi keeps an immaculate funeral home. He was also very kind and comforting."
