My family had used this funeral home for many years, but this was the first time I had to handle such details for myself. Greg Knorr made the process smooth and easy to understand, and he was kind and communicative throughout. (He even remembered the names of some of my long-deceased relatives, which really put me at ease.) Greg's professionalism especially stood out when both the hospice agency and the cemetery made huge mistakes that had the potential to be very distressing for us -- Greg immediately stepped in to advocate for us and make sure the situations were quickly resolved.
