"Had a chance to coordinate a military funeral with them. They were very professional and did a great job. Eric, the funeral director, and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect."
"Had to ask them to put the flowers out. When adjusting the inserts of my grandfather's casket they put all the pillows on the floor for anyone to see, when typically you usher people away and do that with more tact and discretion and shut the doors, instead that just left them open and it was rather uncomfortable to witness. My poor grandmother was in line of sight when they were moving the casket out. Multiple times my aunt had to ask them to go get the flowers from OUTSIDE OF THE HOME from family and mourners, and it was an hour into the viewing. While he was courteous, Ted looked and acted like he could have cared less. The two ladies who drove our family to the graveside were professional and kind, probably the only high point of the day. They started blasting the AC in the middle of the service with the temperature at 34 degrees outside and kept turning it back on despite many elderly and a small baby in attendance after we asked them not to. Overall subpar service and they just seemed to not really care how hard this day was for any of us. You should feel like you're being treated as family on the day you bury your family member, and instead we just felt like we were a burden."
