"THEY STARVE THEIR RESIDENTS, THE FLOORS IN THE PATIENTS BATHROOM ARE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. THERE WAS HUMAN WASTE ON THE FLOOR TOO. THE FOOD PORTIONS ARE VERY SMALL. I WOULDN'T PUT ANY OF MY LOVED ONES THERE THATS FOR SURE"

"This was the worse place that...they can send anyone! They can't and won't supply the care that people need. They Don't listen to your concerns. They DON'T HAVE adequate food for the patients. Please don't listen to what they say on their website...none of it is true. My brother was in good shape when they sent him for rehab...they didn't take care of him and let him sit in his waste for hours. He developed bed sores and I finally got him out of there, with no help from them. And he was admitted to a hospital with multiple infections and septic. If you care at all for your family member, don't place them in this facility"

"I figured half the reviews were just biased and that this place couldn't be THAT bad. I was wrong. My family member was here a month before being seen by his regular doctor who immediately admitted him to the local emergency room. In my non-professional opinion, based only on my personal observations, this place is where you'd send your evil step-mother off to die. If you have any sliver of compassion or humanity for the person, don't send them here. They'll "live" in a zombie-like, borderline comatose state after being fed tranquilizers and depression meds to cover up any health issues they may have. While the facility itself appears nice, being only 5 years old, it is only a facade for the indifference of the staff. It's very clear that the owners are simply out to squeeze every penny they can out of anyone that comes in the door - staff or patient alike. They do as little as possible to just squeak inside the law-mandated minimums and no more. Oh, and don't bother trying to reach out to the administrators for help. Their voicemails are full and they don't return calls. Maybe they'll answer the health dept and lawyers. Guess we'll find out!"

"You are better off dropping your loved one behind price chopper for all the care, concern, attention and professionalism you’ll get here. Filthy, bedsheets never changed. , patients not bathed, the food is disgusting and the aides don’t care about anything. This place should be closed or taken over with the whole pack of employees fired from administration to maintenance. Your loved one will wither and go downhill. PS the “doctor” was a pa seen for 3 mins once in 3 weeks. An actual physician is a myth although he signs documents ."
