Our Emergency Department is open 24/7, ensuring that you have access to critical medical services whenever you need them.

In the event of a medical emergency, it's crucial to seek immediate care. If possible, come directly to our hospital ER. If you can't get here right away, please call 911 or your local emergency number. Inform your primary health care provider about the situation within 24 hours of your ER visit, and if you’re unable to call, have someone do so on your behalf. For follow-up care, please visit your primary care provider rather than returning to the ER.

For non-life-threatening illnesses and minor injuries, our walk-in Convenient Care is available. Common conditions treated include colds, fevers, sore throats, sinus infections, nosebleeds, rashes, minor cuts and burns, bumps, bruises, sprains, and strains. Depending on your condition, you may be advised to visit your primary care provider, the ER, or a convenient care center. Always follow your primary care provider's guidance.

Additionally, O’Connor Hospital is committed to promoting safe medication disposal. We offer a drug collection kiosk located next to our outpatient pharmacy, where you can dispose of unneeded, unwanted, or expired medications safely and free of charge.
