Andrea's dedication to learning and professional growth ensures that she remains at the forefront of the latest research and techniques. Her background includes a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Utica College (University), board certification by NBCOT, and extensive experience across various settings, including pediatrics, addictions, and mental health.
Andrea's advanced training encompasses craniosacral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), Yoga Nidra, orofacial myofunctional therapy, neuroplasticity, feeding therapy, and health and wellness coaching. At O'Brien Wellness, we are committed to bridging experience with evidence-based practices to achieve the best possible outcomes for your child.
