"Male triage nurse wrote something in my notes that isn't true. They prepared a shot for me in the soiled linen bin too. Walked away no bandaid. Receptionist had to get me one. I was in so much pain I didn't sink in. Have seen my pain management doctor since. She found something serious but LF Hospital ER just dismissed me. There's going to be big trouble if they don't remove that comment from my chart. It's called falsifying records. I reported this to hospital higher up and haven't heard back in almost two weeks FALSIFIED MY RECORDS!!!! THATS A CRIME"
"Emergency care was top notch and quick. Everyone I encountered was easy to deal with and very caring, especially my nurse (who I believe was Sabrina), needed testing was done quickly and plans to transfer to Cooperstown were made immediately after my test results were known."
"The ER took very good care of my husband after he had a motor vehicle accident. They did tests to make sure he was ok. Thank you especially to Rob for taking care of him."
"Worst ER I have ever been to in my life! They left my wife in a trauma room for over 6 hours as I watched everyone that came in after us walk out one by one. All she had was a sprained elbow. The staff was rude with us and several other patients."
"I went to LF ER today. I was sick for 3 days with stomach bug or something. I had the best care ever! I have never been cared for that well in any ER. Ever. And I have been in the ER many times as I'm very accident prone. I was taken in immediately. All the nurse were wicked nice really cool very friendly caring on the ball. The Dr was really great also. I was there 4 hrs as they took excellent care of me and nursed me back to health. Pretty much pampered me! Sent me home feeling much better. With meds great at home advice and follow up advice. Were all very friendly when I left. Best experience ever by far! Great job Dr. Campagna and all the nurses that were there today 9/ 16/20! You guys are AWESOME!!! ❤✌"
