Their rental fees are reasonable and the instruments hold up well to elementary kid practicing. We found it was great to rent while they were still figuring out exactly what they wanted to play, and when we were ready to buy an instrument, they were great at answering questions about different brands and what was best for growing students. Their employees are all very knowledgeable. They have accessories on site to buy, too (strings, rosin, drum sticks, books, reeds, etc..) and it's nice to buy from a shop instead of online so you can see what you're getting."
