"I used to go to Bayport CVS but switched to this CVS because it's closer to my house. The pharmacists are so very helpful and caring. The manger was so nice and very knowledgeable. I doubt CVS is reading reviews but I couldn't not leave a good review."
"My wife and I shop at this establishment on a regular basis. This evening I went to buy ice cream and cold medicine. Both cashiers assured me that self-checkout would be faster, and both cashiers walked away from me when the register started screaming for help because the cold medicine requires ID. Neither cashier was otherwise engaged when the machine began calling for help, until another customer walked up to the register and took the one cashier away (the other had already disappeared). I am not thrilled with how I am treated in an establishment where I spend so much money. Get your act together."
"Multiple times have been shorted pills in the prescription filled. This time 30 pills. The checks and balances that are put in place are not working. Pharmacist manager Chris this time was the one that verified count and obviously made a big error which he admitted. He stated a message was to be placed on my file from previous error which was not put in. He appologized and stated he would put it in my file. He also stated all parties involved would be spoken to along with informing corporate."
