"The new staff working in the pharmacy are rude and not too bright. No customer service, no people skills what so ever. At 9:15 am. I specifically spoke to the pharmacist, saying that I would pick up my medication later today. Well, wouldn't you know that they canceled my prescriptions and returned back to stock. Why? Because the computer told them too. Needless to say, I was not happy, and I asked him to put it through so I could pick them up later, and I quote, "I can do that. Are you picking them up this time? " I was asked quite sarcasticly. Sorry, I'm an adult. You dont talk to me that way. No empathy, no respect, not a care for the customer. I already explained that I spoke with someone earlier in the day that I haven't been able to get there for one reason or another. Don't even get me started when I asked about how the staff answered my first question. I think I'm going to change pharmacies it's a shame I have been going here for 25 years, and never have I been treated so disrespectful as I was today."
