"This is the worst company to deal with. It takes forever to speak to anyone and they claim to not have a prescription that they told me they had 2 days before. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said I will hear from one in 24-48 hours. Three days later I called and they had NO RECOLLECTION of any of this and said I can speak to a supervisor in another 24-48 hours. It's been over two weeks and I still do not have my prescription. The people who I speak to claim to be the only ones I can speak to and they clearly have no idea what is going on. This is the most frustrating company to deal with."
