"0/5 stars if I could. I called 3X this week and left messages all 3 times to refill a prescription. It’s now 6pm the day before my last pill and still no one has called me back. You can’t get anyone on the phone and now I am waiting on the phone with Walgreens to see if they can get this transferred to them so I don’t miss a day of my medication. Disgusting lack of service."

"This place is RIDICULOUS! You can NEVER get anyone on the phone to verify your scripts, delivery takes days sometimes just to reach your home. I’m looking for a new pharmacy as I type this. I’m so done. Not to mention the rudeness when you are able to finally talk to someone. They need new management. Period!"

"The only reason I’m even giving this Pharmacy two stars is because, when they choose to, the staff can be somewhat friendly. However, aside from that, there is not a redeeming thing I can say about this Pharmacy. if customer service means having to get up and go in the back to ask a question, 90% of the time, you can forget about that happening. They’ll just make up some story as to why you have to wait for them to call you back. That’s a whole other topic. If you can, by divine intervention, ever get someone to actually answer the phone. If you have to leave a message, which is a majority of the time, they MIGHT return your phone call in a few days, if it all. God help you if you actually want to speak to a pharmacist, that doesn’t happen. They stay hidden in their back room. Like the man behind the curtain, you know, the wizard that had no special capabilities. If The wind blows in the right direction, the receptionists MAY agree to verify whether or not they have the medication that you need in stock, so you can tell your doctor whether or not they need to send it to a different pharmacy (99% of the time), like clockwork one hour later they will tell you that they don’t have it in stock. If you dare to question why you were told that they did have it in stock, their answer is always. “I don’t know who you spoke to“. They have to be a lying when they supposedly confirm having it, because that level of incompetence should never be considered acceptable around controlled substances. It took me a week and a half to get prescription strength IBUPROFEN. First, when I would go to pick it up, they would tell me the driver had picked it up and would be delivering that evening. When it wasn’t delivered that evening, I would call the next day to inquire why not, especially since I live a block from the pharmacy and it is not a controlled substance and does not require somebody to sign for it, they would tell me that it wasn’t set up for delivery. When I would go back to pick it up, I was told that it was out with the driver for delivery., One evening, I actually caught all three drivers in the back parking lot after I was told that the driver had picked it up. Not shockingly, none of them had it in their cars. A week a half later, after I had given up, bought Ibuprofen over-the-counter and took the prescription dosage, it miraculously “turned up” at the pharmacy. Something as simple as ibuprofen, thank God it wasn’t a life sustaining drug. An hour ago, by some miracle, I spoke to an actual pharmacist who told me they had my medication in stock. So my doctor’s office rushed to get it into them so they could fill it. Just five minutes ago. I got a call that they do NOT have the medication in stock that the pharmacist had just told me they did have in stock. Every single month I have to remind them that my insurance company will not pay pay for one of my medication‘s, I have to pay for it out-of-pocket. They will always delay it, waiting for a prior authorization that they’re not going to get, because from one month to the next, they can’t seem to note that on the account The same prescription that I paid $49 for at another small, privately owned pharmacy that Medford Chemists charges me $143 for. There is truly nothing redeeming about this Pharmacy, it is unorganized, understocked, tremendously overstaffed for the minute level of customer service, very unorganized and become downright rude if you dare to question them on their contradictions. Unfortunately, amongst my five family members, we have a tremendous amount of prescriptions filled at that pharmacy. The daunting task of pulling all of those prescriptions out, to send them to an actual pharmacy, that has actual medication in stock and actual staff that tells you the truth is my only choice. I tried to give them a chance, but it gets more and more ridiculous with each passing month. I’m sure my insurance company will be pleased to know that they were billed for a medication today that the pharmacy doesn’t even have in their possession…maybe."

"I hate the fact I'm giving you guys such a low star review but this has to do with your delivery driver that drops off our medication. He is disgustingly rude and has very unprofessional behavior when he comes to my residence to drop my medication off. He bangs on my door very loudly and when I called him out for it, his excuse was that he does that "in case if anyone is not home." Another incident that I had with him was earlier today; He gives me the bags of medication where it has this sheet for me to write down my signature. I helped him by taking the form or sheet off the bag. I handed it to him then he snatches it out of my hand very rudely. There's got to be a better way to get medication without his nasty behavior being dealt with on my front door like this. Seriously."

"Very professional and extremely helpful! I have finally found the perfect experience for all of my medical needs! Everyone is very courteous and friendly. They even remember your first name. Overall the best pharmacy I have ever used in years! You can always depend on them for any special needs. I would recommend them highly."
