"Five stars for The girls at Church and Scott Pharmacy***** From recognizing you as soon as you walk thru the door and having your script ready when you get to the counter. They are all professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately they have a new owner that does not give credit or replacement for a defective glucose meter bought in the last 30 days. He said to call the 800 number which is like a poison pill. Reluctantly I did call the number for the defective One Touch Ultra Meter. As I expected, they are owned by another company now, made in China and was on a useless call for over 45 minutes. It used to be that small businesses like C& S stood behind their product better than the chains where they will gladly refund or give new product for at least 30 days. He was basically telling me to send it to the Company and wait probably weeks or more to decide if it was defective or not. Diabetes needs to be checked daily to control. He showed he has ZERO concern for the health and well being of his customers. The five stars were for the girls. The new owner does not even deserve one star. It is truly a shame to see such a long time well run Pharmacy like C&S go so bad. My family has been happy with them for DECADES, and I am currently taking my about 16 active prescriptions elsewhere. Even if he had to replace the defective meter promptly and courtesy OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET IT would have cost him far less over time. LET THE BUYER BEWARE AT THE CHURCH AND SCOTT PHARMACY. For years I told everyone how it was a pleasure to deal with the Pharmacists and staff at Church and .Scott. Now I tell everyone including my health care providers exactly how the new owner runs his store."
