"This is my default pharmacy for meds and refills . There is no longer a sensible way to contact the pharmacy in advance. They actually changed the phone menu to “leave a message” . They don’t proactively monitor high demand meds like mounjaro. I get that it’s high demand but ordering ahead of time is not an option here when they know they will likely be out of stock when actual refill is due"

"Do not use this pharmacy. They will never answer the phone or they will pick up and without speaking, place you on hold and never pick back up. They will not have your prescription ready on time. They changed my birth control prescription without my consent then filled it over 3 days late. They claim same day delivery service, which I only signed up for because the experience at the pharmacy was so bad so many times -- yet they do not deliver same day. They will USPS it and it will take 4 days IF you are lucky enough that they even do it. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never seen a company go more downhill with customer service than CVS in the past decade. Unfortunately, the rest of the store staff are super kind and nice and are being screwed over by the poor reputation of the pharmacy. If you can avoid CVS all together as a company - do it. Duane Reade on 2nd & B is wonderful."

"Pretty good CVS for a quick stop and whatever you need. Not the biggest or most comprehensive one I've ever experienced but they have all the essentials. I like that the pharmacy has now adjusted hours so it's a bit more accessible for those of us that work an office job and can only drop by after work. Pharmacy line can be a bit long at times but usually nothing too crazy. Check out lines are almost never too crowded. A lot of self check out machines which is nice. Sometimes there are sketchy people asking for money outside, which is not CVS's fault. New York has a problem and our tax dollars are being allocated in inefficient ways. But that's besides the point. Overall this CVS is dependable and has been there for me a lot for things that I've needed. Pretty solid."

"I paid for my order online for delivery and it never showed up. Then I decided to go to the store 2 days later to see what was up and was told by Jianfa the pharmacy employee that the driver never came. Then they said if I wanted it I would have to pay in store again. So I paid twice for 1 prescription which btw is not legal and was given no communication that my order would be delivered."
