CVS 38 Warren Street, Manhattan, New York,

"To the employees at CVS on Warren street: You have an easy job to do and anybody can do your job but you can't even do that right. Taking your sweet time when you know a customer needs assistance like you're on a power trip or something makes you look unintelligent. Why did you waste my time? Were you deliberately targeting me for some reason? This is what happened: At around 11am on 7/16/24 I attempted to purchase an item that was locked. I pressed the customer service button and waited several minutes but no one came. I then pressed it two more times. Still nobody came. I happened to see a male employee with long braids or dreads look down my aisle but he kept on walking. I then approached a female employee at the register and told her that I needed assistance on aisle 5. She said,"I got you". So I waited for several more minutes and a woman holding keys came walking down the aisle looking at items behind the cabinet. At first I thought this was an employee coming to open the cabinet but then she stopped to speak with the female employee that I spoke to at the register. I was still waiting for someone to open the cabinet for me so I said to the female employee,”Nobody's waiting on me.” She said “someone's coming” or something to that effect. I then walked out without buying anything and went to Target where employees were more than happy to unlock an item that I needed. I think I'll be buying my health and beauty aids online from now on."

"7 .28 am this morning on May 15th customers were coming and leaving while others like myself waited in the rain for the store to open and the staff who has no manners and who's obnoxious just stand inside watching us then a staff for the pharmacy came she then opened and in a rude manner grunted like a pig saying it's only 1 staff at the moment the other is running late but did not say it nicely she should not be working at the front end of CVS obviously she's not a people's person because of us the customers u have a job she needs customer service retraining."

"Went to the back to buy an apple juice, didn't realize until after I bought it and swallowed something that it was over a month and a half expired. Drinks are still Halloween themed and haven't been replaced for a while."

"My review is specifically about the pharmacy. I have received the BEST customer service at Warren St. in all my 30 years of going to CVS at various locations! This time it was Christopher who really went above and over to help me sort out an issue with my RX. Also, as a bonus, he ended up saving me some money. Thank you SO much!"
